“Do You Play Safe in Your Life?” - Professor M.S.Rao

"It seems to me that people have vast potential. Most people can do extraordinary things if they have the confidence or take the risks. Yet most people don't. They sit in front of the telly and treat life as if it goes on forever." - Philip Adams

Most of the people prefer to play safe in their lives.  They don’t realize their hidden potential, and finally, go to their graveyards. They don’t take risk in their lives and feel comfortable in their comfort zones. They often mock at the people who take risk and fail.  They also often feel envious when the risk takers rise high in their lives.

In fact, we all have huge potential lying within us.  Some people develop mental limitations that they cannot achieve in their lives.  Some people develop a mindset of risk aversion when they encounter successive failures in their lives. In fact, life is challenging and meaningful when people encounter several challenges on their way.  At the end they can depart from this world with great satisfaction of having tried in their lives and provided meaning to their lives.

People who take risk undergo several trials and tribulations and peaks and valleys, and finally achieve greatly in their lives. And those who don’t take any risk in their lives remain mediocre forever. Hence, decide whether you want to come out of your comfort zone and take risk or to remain in your comfort zone forever. The ball is in your court.

Remember that a life spent without taking risk is not a life at all!
