“Great Minds with Small Hearts is a Greater Challenge” - Professor M.S.Rao

“If you are doing big things, you attract big men.  If you are doing the little things, you attract little men.  Little men usually cause trouble.” - Winston Churchill

The problem with some people is that they have great minds but with small hearts.  They cannot digest when their competitors make it big.  They express their envy, and at times, play politics to pull down the legs of their competitors. Developing great mind alone is not enough to become a great person. What is needed is to develop both great mind and great heart with an attitude of gratitude to make a difference.  Of course, it requires ample of attitudinal adjustment and fine-tuning.

I have come across with many people who are very intelligent with great ideas.  I often get fascinated with their ideas and insights.  But some of them I find having small hearts that defeats the very purpose having great mind.

We need a society that is full of great minds with great hearts which makes people great and our society great. We need people with simplicity and humility.  When we have such great people we can find peace and prosperity everywhere.
